Chocolate Kitchen
Almost all the chocolate objects on display here have been created in the chocolate kitchen. Roth used three classic flavours: milk chocolate, dark and white chocolate. He had it delivered in blocks of 2,5 kg. Those he melted in a bain marie in order to be able to pour the liquified mass into prepared silicone casting moulds. The figures solidified within about half a day and were then ready to be taken out of the moulds.
A small passageway offers access to the regular kitchen, from there a staircase leads on to the second floor and to the exit.
